By booking and paying for your holiday, you are accepting the terms and conditions listed below:
On booking, a 20% deposit of the total cost is required this secures your booking. A booking form will be sent via post or by e mail which ever is preferred. This should be sent back to me within seven days of the provisional booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
On receiving your payment a Booking Confirmation will be returned. This will confirm your booking and show the remaining balance to be paid no later than eight weeks before your holiday.
Once the balance has been paid this is non refundable except at the owners discretion.
The full balance, together with a damage bond of £100 (see below), will be due no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Behaviour and conduct Butlins is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance may be asked to leave, forfeiting the rest of their holiday.
No smoking is allowed in the caravan. IF you smoke in the caravan, you will be charged a £100 deep cleaning charge.
Insurance As, the owners of Donnas Caravans can accept NO responsibility for any loss or damage to cars, belongings or personal injury occurring whilst staying in our caravans, and we recommend that you purchase some form of holiday insurance, as there is no insurance included in the price of your holiday.
Butlins passes and entertainment The price of your holiday includes 4 passes into the Butlins Resort with the option to purchase more. Details of passes and how to collect the keys will be sent to you on receipt of the full holiday amount. Any changes to the advertised entertainment or facilities on the camp are beyond our control, and we cannot except any responsibility for this.
Paying your balance The FULL amount of your holiday will need to be paid at least 8 WEEKS before your holiday start date. Should you book your holiday 8 weeks or less before the start date, the full amount will be due immediately. Please note a reminder will not be issued for this payment. We ask for a non-refundable deposit of 20% for your let. The deposit needs to be paid and the final balance on the dates we specify. If your final payments for either are not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and re-let your caravan with no refund.
Should you wish to cancel the break once the balance has been paid, we will refund the balance only using the following scale of weeks before your break. WEEK 8, 80%, WEEK 7, 70%, WEEK 6, 60%, WEEK 5, 50%, WEEK 4, 40%, WEEK 3, 30%, WEEK 2, 20%, WEEK 1 10%
Alteration fees Please ensure that you complete our Butlins booking form accurately, (Butlins charge for alterations and late submission of booking forms). Failure to do so could result in you forfeiting your holiday or additional charges levied by Butlins. Any changes made to your booking after it has been passed to Butlins will incur an amendment fee from Butlins. Bookings taken less than 14 days of arrival will incur a late booking fee from Butlins.
Cleaning and damages bond An additional £100 bond will be billed to the hirer of the caravan to cover breakages and or damage. This will be refunded at the end of your stay after the caravan has been inspected, checked for damage and confirmed clean and tidy. You must report any damage or anything unsatisfactory to Donnas Caravans or Butlins reception on your arrival, after this time, the responsibility of any damages will be yours (if breakages and or damage that have happened during your stay not reported to Donna's Caravans before you vacate the caravan additional charges may be levied). The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakages, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay.
Arrival and departure times In order for the caravan to be cleaned and checked, departures must be made before 10am on the day of departure and no keys will be released before 4pm on the day of arrival without prior arrangement with the caravan owner.
Privacy We do not store your any of your financial details (credit or debit card numbers) in any format. We will not sell or use your details other than to liaise with you about your booking.
